  • Part Time Medical Records Scanner (North Naples) +

    Immediate opening for a part time medical records scanner in our North Naples location. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a medical offices setting along with experience in electronic medical records. Hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. with a 30 minute lunch break. Hours will increase as we progress with season with a high probability of turning into a full time position.   • Part-Time Evening & Weekend MRI Front Desk +

    Hours vary. Start time is usually 3pm to close which can be as early as 9pm but as late as 11pm. Usually Monday, Wednesday, Friday and every other weekend. Weekends are open to close. Provide clerical support to staff. Answers phones, schedules appointments, relays messages & greets patients. Communicates with the pre-certification department for obtaining authorization. Prepares charts for upcoming appointments. Prepares and rooms patients for test. Makes reminder calls to patients. Collects co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles and/or balances as part of the patient check-in/check-out process. Participates in scanning, indexing, and entering information in to electronic medical record. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform function of this position. Does an evening audit of all charge slips to make sure completed in entirety. Assumes other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Medical Office Chart Preparation +

    Dynamic Neurology/Neurosurgery/Orthopedic practice has an immediate opening for a full time experienced chart prep person utilizing Allscripts EHR. Applicant must be versatile, friendly and able to multi-task. Duties include but are not limited to preparation of all patient charts for appointments, referrals, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments, scanning records into chart. Only candidates with a minimum of two years of medical office experience will be considered. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with an occasional rotation of late coverage. A competitive salary and benefit package will be offered to the right candidate.
  • Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist +
