Biography

Matthew Levitsky, MD is a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon serving patients in and around Naples, Florida. Dr. Levitsky graduated Magna Cum Laude from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York, where he also served as class president and captain of the Division I Track and Field Team. Following his undergraduate studies, he earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. Here, he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and served as his chapter’s president.
To continue his robust medical training, Dr. Levitsky completed an orthopedic surgery residency at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Levitsky is focused on general orthopedics, adult reconstruction, hip and knee replacement, and fracture care. He takes a conservative approach to patient care and ensures that nonoperative treatment options are considered before discussing surgical intervention. When not in the office, you may find Dr. Levitsky running, playing guitar, golfing, or snowboarding. He enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, son, and dog.
